Social Experiment

On Week 4 during Creative Thinking Skill's tutorial class, no doubt that Mr Charles is throwing us some hard question again.

Do a Social Experiment base on color/ appearance/behavior to observe the reaction from the victim/individual.

&

Why are the participants react towards those appearance?

And this time, we literally "buy"  a new group member with 15 points. And yes, after trying our best to snatch that handsome new guy in our class (initially think he was kinda hot but now... nah.) by auction, we willing to minus our 15 points for our assignment or whatever marks it is. Worth it, I guessed.

Brainstrom started and our first idea was provided by Jason (the "initially" hot guy HAHA)

"How would people react when they were ask to slap a stranger in the public?"

"How would people react when they saw couples quarreling in the public, and will them reach out to help the couples?"

"How would people react to random act of kindness?"

After some discussion, we decide to take our second idea into action, and honestly in the first try, it wasn't  really success. We can't conclude that because most of the students in campus are ignorant, but somehow in Malaysia such country, people will more likely to not to care about what happening around them when it's not their matters to avoid problems. But still, our team members are still happy cause we give it a try. After several failures, we decided to simplify it and then change our idea to the 3rd idea, "How would people react to random act of kindness?"

Here's the results:

My first try holding the camera for social experiment for the first time cause you know it wasn't easy when you have to hide everywhere but still get the scene haha. What we conclude is for some people it's not matter how you look or the way you talk, but some people  still will judge the book by its cover. Anyway, I hope you enjoy our video!
